Guidelines for the 2024 competition are listed below:

Competitors are invited to enter our writing competition.  Entry should be about Ireland or the Irish culture and are limited to 500 words or less.  They can be either poetry or prose.  

All entries need to be turned into the registration table before 10:00 a.m. Competitors' numbers should be written on the back of the entry, along with the grade in school.  

Entries will be divided into three groups, with each group having one winner.  The groups are Kindergarten-3rd grades, 4th-7th grades, and 8th-12th grades.  Results will be posted by the grades results and will be available after 12:30 p.m.
